She was predeceased by: her husband Herbert H Peppers; her son Danny Peppers of Ken Peppers; and her parents, Fred Welch and Mattie Welch. She is survived by: her daughter Pam Payne; her grandchildren, Crystal Swetland (Aaron), Michelle Hamilton and Preston Payne; and her great grandchildren, Kilee Hamilton and Kinsley Hamilton.
