He was predeceased by: his daughter Kelly Raines. He is survived by: his wife Ann Raines; his sons, Scott Raines (Tonia) and Brad Raines (Ginger); his grandchildren, Jessie Raines (Sierra), Halle Raines, Aidan Raines and Luke Raines; and his siblings, Billy Jo Pickler and Delores Crook.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Victory Baptist Church, Mt. Juliet, TN.
