He is survived by: his wife Alta Parker; his children, Mildred Sue Dukic, Denise Elliott (Dennis), Tonya Lynn Evans, Ernest L. Parker II (Vikki) and William Carl Parker; and his brother Fred Parker. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
