She was predeceased by: her husband James D. Pierce; her son Anthony N. Pierce; and her parents, Elmer Elige Johnson and Alice Beulah Taylor. She is survived by: her sons, Michael W. Pierce and Glendon Brown Pierce; and her siblings, Harlin and Nancy Johnson. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren.
