He is survived by: his daughter Jackie Lynne McCoy (Phillip); his grandchildren, Phillip Jr., Alex and Jaxson; his great grandchild Ezra; his sisters, Nancy Crowley (Tim) and Jackie Shute; his niece Tammy Sykes (Allen); and his nephews, Matthew Crowley (Jill), Daniel Crowley, Tim Shute and Scott.
