She was predeceased by: her father Lester Mofield; and her husband Glen Eastes. She is survived by: her mother Nancy Mofield; her son Marty Eastes (Diana); her grandchildren, Layne and Jeremy; and her siblings, Joyce Walker, Leslie Pratt, Ann Travis, Billy Mofield, Mike Mofield and Jeff Mofield.
