It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice Sue Smith of Old Hickory, Tennessee, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on July 29, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Brown and Aline Keith Brown; and her siblings, Darlene, Peggy Jean, Kathleen and Billy.

She is survived by: her husband Bruce Smith of Old Hickory, TN; her son Tim Smith (Michelle) of White House, TN; her stepdaughter Tammy Lee Braswell (Joey) of Nashville, TN; her siblings, Jimmy Brown (Melissa) and Wanda Driver of Old Hickory, TN; and her grandchildren, Addison, Allie and Brent.
