It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jimmie N Scott (Old Hickory, Tennessee), born in Hartsville, Tennessee, who passed away on February 1, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carsie Addison and Gracie Mae Earps Durham; her husband Joe Edward Scott; and her siblings, J. C. Durham, Bobby Durham (Pat), Evelyn Warden (Garland), Kathleen Duke (Jack) and Stella Bryan (Bill).
She is survived by: her family East of Tennessee; her daughter Pamela (Otha A. "Gibby"); her grandson Otha A. "Abe" Gibson IV; and her sister T. Elaine Bargatze (Landis). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or The Glade Church's Charis Health Center.
