He was predeceased by: his parents, Myron H. McAfee and Winifred L. Ingalls McAfee; and his siblings, Marijo Garces, Claudia Graces and Barbara McBride.
He is survived by: his wife Pat McAfee; his daughters, Pam McAfee and Debbie Yankura (Patric); his granddaughters, Abby Yankura and Whitney Yankura; and his brother Bill Parkhill. He is also survived by Many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations please be made to The Shriners Children's Hospital.
