She was predeceased by: her husband David Joe Frazier; her parents, Ira G. McClendon and Dorothy Lee McClendon; and her siblings, Carol Roberson, Ira McClendon and Thomas McClendon.
She is survived by: her daughters, Dana Sylak (Randy) and Niki Frazier (Glenn); her grandchildren, D. J. Miles and Tyler Miles; and her great grandchild Brewer Miles. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
