He is survived by: his children, Robert H. Welch II (Terry) and Stacey W. Binkley (Raymond A.); his grandchildren, Christy Wilson, Nicolle Smith, Tyler Binkley and Jonathan Binkley; his great grandchildren, Conner Wilson, Emily Wilson, Max Smith, Cody Smith and Lyla Smith; and his sisters, Glenda Day (Phillip), Joan Anderson and Paula Withers.
