He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Scott and Judy Scott. He is survived by: his son Matthew Devine; his siblings, Sharon Newbern (Jack) and Steven Scott; his nephews, Steven Scott Jr. (Lisa) and Jason Scott; and his niece Brittany Roberts (Blake).
