With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Samuel Henry McCrary Jr. of Old Hickory, Tennessee, who passed away on January 27, 2022 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Mamie Elizabeth McCrary (Marsh); and his brother Donald Ray McCrary, Sr. (Samuel Henry McCrary, Jr.). He is survived by: his wife Sylvia McCrary (Whittenberg); his children, Quentin McCrary (Summer), Vincent McCrary (Jaime), Samuel McCrary, III (Lesa), Marcus McCrary, Chris McCrary (TJ), Ziemyah McCrary and Angie McCrary of Nashville, Tennessee; and his siblings, Ann McCrary, Deborah McCray (Serious), Regina McCrary (Dave), Alfreda McCrary Lee (Narcisco), Alan McCrary and Ricky McCrary. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
