He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Edward Leath Sr. and Cyrena Elam; his wife Carolyn L. Leath; his stepdaughter Cynthia Joy Hernandez; and his siblings-in-law, Saundra Weber and Ira Eugene Howell.
