He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmore Kelly and Ida Lorine Kelly (Paul); his grandson Matthew Webb; and his great grandchild Easton Smith. He is survived by: his wife Christine Kelly (Kayser); his children, Jeanette White of Williamsburg, KY, Laura Moore (Leland) of Rogersville, TN., Karen Buck (Larry) of Clinton, TN., Donna Webb (Daniel) of Clinton, TN. and Joseph Kelly (Tonya) of Williamsburg, KY.; and his brothers, Rev. Elmore Kelly Jr., Sherman Kelly and Clarence Kelly.
