He was predeceased by: his parents, Jackie Eugene and Alma Jean "Lucy" Fink. He is survived by: his brother Robert Dean Fink; his great-niece Allison Nicole Cofer of Harriman, TN.; his wife Jeanie Lynn Fink; his children, Stephanie Bean of Oliver Springs, Jackie Charles Fink of Oak Ridge, Sarra Fink of Oliver Springs, Amelia "Amy" and Jacob Emert of Oak Ridge; his grandchildren, Gregory Prater, Kindrix Bean and William Charles Emert; his sister Janice Diane "Sissy" (Bryan Keith "Fred" Cofer) of Harriman; and his sister-in-law Marilyn Nancy Beard of Rockwood. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, great nephews and nieces, extended family and many dear friends.
