He is survived by: his mother Tena Bailey-Davidson; his stepfathers, Scott Davidson and Johnny Bailey; his children, Jaylee Weaver, Brantley Lowe and Neyland Condrone Lowe; his brother Thomas Ed Weaver, Jr. (Manzy); his cousin Dawn Weaver Belanger; his grandparents, Blanch, Arden Lowe and Jim Weaver of Harriman; his aunt Tammy Farr Cofer; his uncles, Sonny Lowe, Dusty Weaver and Edd Farr; his nieces and nephews, Julie Mae Weaver, Makayla Starr, Micah Bailey, Blainey Weaver and Thomas Weaver III; his stepbrother Matthew Bailey; and his cousins, Amanda, Samantha, Kendrick, Doug, Richard, Leann and Amy. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and extended family.
