He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornelius Hall and Mary Giles Hall; and his mother-in-law Grace Moore. He is survived by: his wife Betty Moore Hall; his sons, Barry and Kenneth Hall; his grandchildren, Wesley Hall and Stefanie Monroe; and his great grandchildren, Leo, Eva and Jacob Monroe. He is also survived by other family members and good friends.
