He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Slack and Pearl Slack; his brother Harold Slack; and his great-niece Brittney Armes. He is survived by: his wife Linda Slack; his daughter Jereé Denise Slack Conley (Nick); his grandchildren, Bret Stewart and Tayler Contreras (Martin); his siblings, Charles Slack (Judy) and Patsy Gallaher (Allen); his great grandchildren, Lili and Bella Contreras; his sister-in-law Arlene Slack; and his close friends, Gary and Karen Massengale. He is also survived by several brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family members, and special friends.
