She was predeceased by: her husband Eddy G. Palmer of Oliver Springs; her parents, Paul Ledford and Bonnie Ledford; and her siblings, Norma Evans, Danny and Leroy Ledford.
She is survived by: her daughters, Wendy Vinson (Brian) of Oak Ridge, Tracy Stanton of Oak Ridge and Stephanie Watkins (Darrel) of Harriman; her grandchildren, Craig Palmer of San Diego, CA, Logan Guinn of Harriman, TN, Kaylee Stanton of Nashville, TN, Nicholas Stanton of Oliver Springs, Michael Stanton of Oliver Springs, Bailey Watkins of Harriman, Cooper Watkins of Oak Ridge and Ava Watkins of Harriman; and her siblings, Ron Ledford (Jean) of Piqua, OH, Michael Ledford of Chattanooga, TN and Anita Baker (Bob) of Dayton, OH. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and a host of friends and neighbors.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sharp Funeral Home of Oliver Springs (209 Roane St, Oliver Springs, TN 37840). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to Patriot Assisted Living, 209 Gum Hollow Road, Oak Ridge, TN 37830.
