Carolyn touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylbia Byrd and Ernest Byrd; and her siblings, Wilba Jean Byrd, Ondria Ruth Byrd, Muriel Byrd (Muri), Althea Barringer, Patricia Barrett, Marjorie Bond, Virgie Hutson and James Ernest Byrd, Jr..
She is survived by: her siblings, Venna West of Knoxville, TN, Marvin Byrd (Joyce) of Chatsworth, GA and Ledford Byrd (Ada) of Huntsville, TN.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Chapel of West-Murley Funeral Home (18641 Alberta St, Oneida, TN 37841). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Norma Baptist Church (127 Norma Church Rd, Huntsville, TN 37756).
