He is survived by : his siblings, Thomas Phillips (Dorothy), William Paul Phillips, Steven Phillips (Gina) of Oneida and Lynda Phillips-Madson (Johan) of Cary; his nieces and nephews, Johan Madson (Anne Hayes) of Greensboro, Marinda Madson Crochet (Brad), Lori Phillips-Jones (Phillip) of Oneida, Wade Phillips (Ginger) of Knoxville, Will Phillips (Sarah) of Sharps Chapel, Stephen and Jonathan Phillips (Kelsi Lay) of Oneida; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Aven Jane, Gabe Crochet of North Carolina, Alex, Claire Jones of Oneida, Anderson, Amelia Phillips of Knoxville Tennessee, Brennan, Sawyer, Jainey Kate Phillips of Oneida, Everette, Evelyn and Ivan Phillips of Sharps Chapel, Tennessee.; his cousins, Jack Phillips (Lee Ann) of Oneida, Shirley Ruth Griffith of Robbins, Patty Boland (Kevin) of Oneida, Jerry Phillips (Jill) of Colorado and Wanda Hengel (Jack) of Huntsville Alabama; and also, Christian Phillips (Dakota) and Robyn Phillips (Daphne).
