He was predeceased by : his father Robert; and his sisters, Norma Holt and Thelma Murphy. He is survived by : his wife Clara Castle; his children, Larry Castle, Billy Dwayne Castle and Teresa Eaton; his stepchildren, Tammy C. Wright of Oneida, Warran Dewey Wright (Stacy) of Winfield, Carl Wayne Wright (Anita) of Oneida and Coy Lee Wright (Lori) of Winfield; and his siblings, Robert Castle, Alonzo Castle, Jerry Castle, Ann Watts and Jenny Bradley.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Highway Baptist Church. A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
