It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Doris White (Ooltewah, Tennessee), born in Hendersonville, North Carolina, who passed away on March 5, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ollie Thompson and Ruth Thompson; her former husband Ralph F; her son Ronald G. Meinhardt; and her brothers, Verle and Leroy Thompson.
She is survived by: her husband George E. "Ward" White; her children, Robyn Meinhardt Buck (Carl), Sharon Meinhardt Love (John) and Stephen M. Meinhardt; and her sister Francis Johnson. She is also survived by six grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.
