He was predeceased by: his wife Lela Mae Neal; his parents, Darb Neal and Mae Cain Neal; and his siblings, Fay J., Ray E., George Neal, Nanaleen Farmer, Elector Smith, Dortha Wagner, Bonnie Mathis, Donnia Wells and Elizabeth Osborn.
He is survived by: his daughter Victoria Neal Cranmore (Rick); his granddaughters, Courtney Wrinkle (Dustin Pendergrass) and Candice Wrinkle (Zach Fernandez); and his great grandchildren, Raleigh Pendergrass, Aden and Mila Fernandez.
In lieu of flowers a memorial contribution may be made to Avalon Health Care.
