She is survived by: her children, Vivian Chambers (Darryl), Valerie Lamb (Robert), Dana Forewright (Freddie) and Dennis Parker (Kristi); her grandchildren, Michael Forewright (Kathryn), Amanda McLean, Taylor Ryker (Caleb), Spencer Forewright (Jessica), Houston Lamb and Meghan Parker; her great grandchildren, Teal Forewright, Johnnie Vogle, Annie Vogle and Will McLean; and her nephews, Eric Holder, Jimmy Glover, Melvin Watson and Ronald Watson. She is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Forest Lawn Funeral Home (1150 Dickerson Rd, Goodlettsville, TN 37072). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Forest Lawn Funeral Home (1150 Dickerson Rd, Goodlettsville, TN 37072).
