She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank Layne and Gerdie Layne. She is survived by : her siblings, Wavie Cagle, Harvey, Richard Layne and Mazie Bowman (William) of Palmer. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 22nd 2024 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Thursday, May 23rd 2024 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Layne Funeral Home, Inc. (32871 TN-108, Gruetli-Laager, TN 37365). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 24th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, May 24th 2024 at the Griffiths Creek Cemetery.
