It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ramona Gail Carrick-Smith of Palmer, Tennessee, born in Tracy City, Tennessee, who passed away on April 18, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Thomas "Did" Carrick and Etta "Big Mama" Nunley Carrick; her sister Linda Carrick Turner; her nephew Danny McCullough; and her great-nephew Brady Austin McCullough.

She is survived by : her daughter Jill Meeks (Aaron); her sisters, Betty McCullough (Big Danny), Wanda Layne and Etta Payne (Jimmy); and her close friend Gayla Williams.
