He is survived by : his fiancé Tommie Ann Duncan; his daughters, Teresa Apodaca (Brent) and Tabatha Evans (Frank); his stepchildren, Tommy Duncan and Erica Duncan; his grandchildren, Bryan Apodaca, Jaylen Smith, Yazmin Smith, Alivia Evans, Ellianna Duncan, Jaxen Duncan and Brooklyn Duncan; and his siblings, Earl Byard, Chris Byard, Cindy Byard, Teresa Allison, Kim Morrison and Candi Olson.
