He is survived by : his parents, Daniel Parks (Mitzi) of Morristown and ShaRon Ottinger (Russell) of Parrottsville; his brother Bryant Ottinger of Newport; his aunts and uncles, Steve Parks (Teresa Parks), Johnny (Linda Smith), Andy (Celia Smith), Lynn (Lula Jean Hartsell), Vickie (David Wilson), Susie Wilson (Reece Wilson), Joy Rednour of Mosheim, Ginny (Larry Crum) and Lois; and his niece Alivia Ottinger of Newport. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
