It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary Ellen Lucille of Parrottsville, Tennessee, who passed away on December 30, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Reuben Ottinger and Beulah Ottinger; her sisters, Rozelle Ottinger and Wanda Thomas; and her brother-in-law Bill Suggs.
She is survived by : her daughter Melinda Busler (Billy) of White Pine; her grandchildren, Willie Busler (Amy), Melissa Reece (Gary Jr.) and Darrin Busler (Brenna); her great grandchildren, Easton, Tyson Busler, Daniel, Isaiah, Ava Reece, Jacob, Mason and Sadie Busler; her siblings, Joanne Suggs and Melvin Ottinger (Marilyn) of Dalton; and her brother-in-law Carl Thomas. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
