He was predeceased by : his wife Ruby Lowe; his parents, Virgil Lowe and Lucille Lowe; his son James Timothy Lowe (Tina); and his sister Pat Hodge.

He is survived by : his children, Tracy Lowe, Jennifer Clark (Gene), Scott Lowe, Renee Merkel (Doug), Samantha Robertson (Gary), David Lowe (Lisa) and Michael Lowe; and his brother-in-law Billy Hodge. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the funeral home.
