She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Nipper; her parents, David Claude and Cleo Scarbrough Allison; and her siblings, J. C. Allison, Virginia Davis and Dorothy Loyd.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Tommy Nipper (Linda) of Pikeville and Ginger Maxwell (Billy) of Dunlap; her grandchildren, Meredith Collins (Matt) of Lewisburg, Matthew Nipper (Cindy) of Pikeville and Will Maxwell (Susie) of Spencer; her great grandchildren, Mason Nipper Collins of Lewisburg, Mia Gloria Nipper of Boca Raton, FL, Cora Sue Maxwell and William Richard Maxwell III of Spencer; and her sister Nancy Godwin of Lubbock, TX. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, a host of friends.
