He is survived by : his wife Denia Carol Henry Newby; his children, Jennifer Newby, Scott Newby (Cindy Keener) and Adam Newby (Heather Croutch); his grandchildren, Olivia, Layla Newby, Lacie Ramsey, Jaylyn West, Jessie, Camron, Keaten, Jameson Newby, Braden Bowers, Ramsey West, Bailey, Tyler, Logan Kilgore and Blake Ramsey; his stepchildren, Tracie Kilgore (Billy), Kristy West (Mike) and Ronnie Ramsey; his uncle Dennis Elliott (Margaret); and his cousin Bobby Newby (Joyce).
