He was predeceased by : his parents, J. L. Ladd and Louise Ladd; and his siblings, Alan, Jerry Lynn Ladd and Brenda Ladd.
He is survived by : his daughter Jessica Blevins (Michael); his brother Charles Ladd (Margaret) of Pikeville, TN; his grandchildren, Mekhi and Grace; and his girlfriend Nancy Vaughan of Pikeville, TN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
