She was predeceased by : her husband Harrison Lollis; her children, Harold "Bubba" Millwood and Claudia Campbell; her granddaughter Jessica Ruis; her parents, Reuben Waters and Susie Redd; and her brothers, Robin Waters and George McKinney.

She is survived by : her daughters, Tina Price (Terry) of Pikeville and Michelle Ervin (Jason) of Spencer; her grandchildren, Amanda, Ashton, Autumn, Gage, Abby, Wesley, Nick, Brittany, Elisha, Angie, Terry, Jr. and Haley; and her siblings, Peggy, Pete, Lib (Diane) and Keith (Shirley). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
