She was predeceased by: her son Chris Swafford; her grandson Nicholas Jacob Swafford; her parents, Jim Swafford and Ruth Swafford; and her siblings, Tom Swafford and Lois Swafford.
She is survived by: her sons, Tim Swafford (Angie) and Scott Armstrong; her grandchildren, Travis Swafford (Dena), Titus Swafford (Season), Amber Hensley (Eddie), Cortney Armstrong (Aaron Piercy) and McKenna Goins (Jesse); her great grandchildren, River Swafford, Savannah Beebee, Riley Swafford, Madi Clark, Kalli Matter, Gabby Richardson, Gauge Swafford, Jovie Swafford, Audrey Hensley, Preston Goins, Oaklee Woolfrom, Avery Goins, Eli Goins and Kade Goins; her great great grandchildren, Kasen Swafford and Nova Richardson; her siblings, Mack Swafford (Trudy) of Pikeville, Randy Swafford (Pat) of Pikeville, Gary Swafford (Yvonne) of Pikeville, Ginny McGhee of Cookeville, TN, Irene Smith of Knoxville, TN, Vivian Wooden (Randy) of Pikeville, TN and Donna Friar (Ken) of Chattanooga, TN; her sister-in-law Barbara Swafford; and her caregivers, Charlene Newby and Frances Miller. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; special friends.
