She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Baird and Laura McGuire Baird; and her son-in-law Kevin Snow. She is survived by: her husband Gene Williams; her daughters, Linda Williams Snow and Lea Ann Williams Rasar; her grandchildren, Zachary Snow and Presley Anna Rasar; and her siblings, Shirley Thomas, Bill Baird (Yvonne), Lawrence Baird (Aurelia), Kay Warren and Sharon Blevins (Luke). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
