He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth E. Milhorn Sr.; and his granddaughter Megan Vess. He is survived by: his mother Linda Jeanette Scalf Milhorn of Piney Flats; his children, Amber Vess, Adam Milhorn and Aaron Milhorn; his close friend Holly Scalf; his siblings, Diana Garland (Larry), Jeffery Milhorn and Teddy Joseph Milhorn (Holly); and his grandchildren, Abigail, Austin, Aiken and Jaxson Milhorn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests that memorials be made to his mother, Mrs. Linda Milhorn, 224 Warren Road, Piney Flats, TN 37686 to help with the funeral expenses.
