It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita Jane Funk Moore (Piney Flats, Tennessee), born in Coeburn, Virginia, who passed away on April 6, 2020, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Hoover Funk and Avia Amburgey Funk; her significant other Steven Tate Moore; and her grandchildren, Maggie Darden, Fisher Darden, Rachel Meade and Gus Darden.
