We are sad to announce that on March 1, 2020, at the age of 66, Wanda Lea Raines (Piney Flats, Tennessee), born in Jellico, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Litt "Buster" Raines and Jean Ivey Raines; and her brother-in-law Norton Muse. She is survived by: her daughter Laura Perry; her former husband Charles Perry, Jr. of Piney Flats; and her sisters, Aleen Muse of Lawton, OK and Judy Bewley (Ken) of Elizabethton, TN. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you please donate blood or plasma.
