He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivy Lawrence and Berdie Lee Young Richardson; his daughters, Annette Lee Moody and Janette Lee Anderson; and his siblings, George Richardson, James Richardson, Franklin Richardson, Lula Mae Shultz, Gearleen Maness, Learleen Tedford and Joyce Patton.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Smith; and his children, Chad Richardson (Rhonda) of Cross Plains, TN, Nanette Craig of Memphis, TN and Charlotte Arwood (Chuck) of Memphis, TN. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
