He was predeceased by: his parents, Leola Davis and Ashley Curtis Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Laurie Curtis (Ellis); and his siblings, Barbara Sibley Chase, Sarah Curtis (Ed), Vicky Hesseltine (Jim), Benn Curtis, Ashley "Bump" Curtis, Calvin Curtis and Missy.
