He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Floyd Heavener and Martha Jean McClanahan Heavener; and his brother Donald. He is survived by: his wife Vicky; his sons, Joshua and Jeremy Heavener (Brittany); his brother Randy Heavener (Debbie); and his siblings-in-law, Mike Simpkins (Linda), Connie Thomas (Keith) and Peggy Shores (Kemmy). He is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews, 10 great and 2 great-great nieces and great-nephews; and many friends.
