He is survived by : his wife Angela White (Spurlock); his daughters, Katherine Mathis (Eddie) and Kelsey Lyle; his granddaughters, Lilly Borck and Ava Borck; and his siblings, Glenn Ed White, Steve White (Barbie) and Patricia Dorris White.
