She is survived by: her husband Marvin Dowlen Sr.; her children, Marvin Dowlen, Jr., Kerry Dowlen, Tracy Dowlen (Regina), Susan Bradshaw (Mark), Teresa Walker (Mitch) and Pam Ivey; her brother William C. Burns (Anna); and her granddaughter Chelsea Garratt (Peter). She is also survived by nine step-grandchildren; and 6 step-great-grandchildren.
