She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Odel Minnis and Cora Mae Johnson; her husband Ollie Kepley; her son William "Bill" Kepley; her grandson John Allen Hall; and her brother Thomas "Tom" Minnis.
She is survived by: her brother James Minnis (Phyllis); her daughter Elaine Wakulsky; her daughter-in-law Elaine Kepley; and her grandchildren, Stacy Kepley (Anita) and Tammy Elrod (Brian). She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren, 5 great great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
