She was predeceased by : her parents, Homer Neal and Erma Neal (Bush); and her husbands, Jesse Hammonds and Garnett White. She is survived by : her children, Ewell Wayne White and Steve Edward White (Barbara); her granddaughters, Amanda Wix (Billy) of Portland and Rita Breidt (Mike) of Portland; and her daughter-in-law Peggy Hammond of Portland. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren.
