It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Louise Duffer of Portland, Tennessee, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on September 7, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Paul Morey and Clara Morey; her husband Wayne Duffer; and her sisters, Doris Burkett and Lavonne.

She is survived by : her children, Michelle Wix (Ricky) and Paul Downes; and her sisters, Janette Branson and Marilyn. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
