It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brackie Willoughby of Portland, Tennessee, born in Mount Sterling, Kentucky, who passed away on June 18, 2020, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his mother Julia Marie Lawill Willoughby. He is survived by : his father Edward "Eddie" Willoughby (Camelia) of Waverly, TN; his children, Caleb Willoughby of Portland, TN, Christian Willoughby of Cookeville, TN and Elaina Willoughby of Portland, TN; his siblings, Joshua Willoughby (Christina) of Murfreesboro, TN and Lisa Willoughby Campbell of Montgomery County, KY; and his grandson Isaiah Willoughby.
